Everyone deserves better care than this. Even discounting the absurdly long wait times for basic things (one month for prescription refills, 3 months for blood tests, an hour wait for a scheduled appointment, 40 minutes on the phone trying to get an appointment or leave a message), I simply felt that this doctor did not care about my well being. I switched doctors 6 months ago, and spent the first month in shock--After 2 years with Dr. Dasilva, I had no idea that a doctor's office could be so efficient and caring. If you are assigned to her "care," contact your insurance company immediately and find another doctor. You will save yourself a ton of grief and time.
