We visited Dr. Palmer's office. It was NOT decorated unless you call the
pictures to the ceiling. The stools chairs.
I waited for 20 minutes on HOLD. Went to the pharmacy and they had sent in the wrong prescription. I understand you never get to see Dr. Palmer it is always a PA

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting.

Yes, but it didn't bother me much

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
