I, being a new patient, was rather surpised he spent all of about 8min. getting to know me, ask what I came in for, asking questions, before I was shown the door. He asked if there were any history of heart disease in my dad's side, and after telling him I've never met my dad, he continued asking me if my dad had diabeties, etc. When I told him about the problems with my wrist, how I was losing the use of it, he had me lift my arm up and asked me to pretend to brush my hair. I'm sorry, but, I do much more with my wrist than just brush my hair. I told him I was nervous about taking drugs because I worry about their side effects, he looked over at his assistant and joked with her that he didn't know the FDA was out there killing people. He gave me a referral with his diagnosis, and he showed me the door. 8min. total. I walked out to the car, seriously telling myself that I'd rather deal with the pain than to be ridiculed, undermined and embarassed like this again.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
