I saw her for the first time two weeks ago and found her to be unsympathetic. She has a lack of empathy and makes assumptions all the while giving you the bum's rush to finish the appointment. I had to ask her not to lean on me during the exam and I barely got word in that I needed the referral for PM - she was not concerned about my pain levels, even having known I have to have neurosurgery and having to schedule this appointment to discuss my concerns about the pain I'm experiencing.

What a waste! Don't go to her. She's incompetent because she chooses to be so. Needless to say, I'm seeking another physician.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
