One of the greatest men I've ever met and he saved my life. He actually cares and wants to help.

What do you do when you have a problem or a bad day, and you feel like you have no one to talk to or share your issues with. Could you. bottle it up, then suddenly one day explode? Releasing all your anger at once will only cause more problems for yourself, and or anyone in shrapanel vicinity of you. Or what about writing it down, you know; share with yourself? That helps to a certain extent, but it won't help find a solution to your issue, if you knew the solition, well then you wouldn't have a problem in the first place. Or what if you sent a mass text sharing your problem with everyone in your contacts? You never know maybe you do have someone out thwre, that will listen and offer advice and solutions. On the other hand, that most likely will backfire. Some will respond, and pretend to care, but when you need them again, you get blown off. Not to mention now everyone in your contacts, knows your issue, and causes a reaction of disappointment and judgement, again opening doors for more problems, and you still having found a solution to the issue that caused the first problem. Or you can take my advice. You can find a physician or specialist that is educated and experienced on fixing and resolving issues, that retain to the ones your having. Find one who you can trust, that you know listens, that you know deep in their heart they are there to help. Then you tell them everything. No matter how brutal, embarrassing, or demising it might be. Let it all out. The most important part comes now. Listen to what they say, and actually try all the tips, hints, or resolutions they have offered. Eventually a healthy resualution will surface. All problems have a solution, and all problems have an educated specialist willing to help you if you want it. Safe adventures changed my life, and I feel are now a part of my family. If your reading this, then your at the right place, and make your first step to becoming who you were truly meant to be. Thank you guys. Porter
