Dr. Donch is super friendly and knowledgable. However, I had to provide most of the information in my chart to her verbally each time I went in. She had the chart in front of her and most recently on her lap top! I had two appointments in a month and it was like the first one didn't happen. It would be nice if she looked over a file prior to coming in the room. They are great about honoring appointment times. Hardly any wait in the waiting room. My last and biggest complaint is how terrible their billing process is. They add additional fees for everything! They asked how my new prescription was going and when I responded it was hurting my stomach, I got a charge for "talking about stomach issues".
