Dr Nicola is the most arrogant person I've ever met. He dismissed my pain completely, didn't believe me, and actually said "you're only 46, you shouldn't have a frozen shoulder" . He told me physical therapy was a waste of time, that it should have corrected the problem already (IF I in fact had a frozen shoulder) He was so rude, and when I tried to explain how my shoulder became frozen, he said "I don't want to argue with you" . So giving him information and feedback was arguing in his eyes. I saw an orthopedic surgeon after, and yes my shoulder was frozen (after a slight tear in my bicep) Said to DEFINITELY continue PT and that it WAS helping, and he understood my pain and gave me injections to help. Dr Nicola had no care for me at all, and I was treated like I was bothering him by being there. Really Really bad experience. He's an arrogant dismissive ass who shouldn't be allowed to see patients.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
