I have been to this doctor several times. Recently, after my annual exam, I called three times to get results. I was told the nurse would call me after they were done with clinic. No response. I finally went to their office and picked up my results around 5:00. Somehow in converting to an electronic office, they "lost" my contact info. The office staff assured me everything was normal though. However, one of my tests was clearly abnormal. My nurtritionist (phd) looked at and recommended a prescription. Instead, they passed me onto a specialist who was supposed to call for an appointment and never did. I never spoke to doctor or nurse after my initial visit.

My appointment has been postponed twice and I only go to the doctor once a year. Followup from the Dr. is poor. The nurse calls to give the followup advice. I was told I would get a tetanus shot and it was forgotten. I am supposed to be on cholesterol lowering medicine but I can't ever seem to get a prescription due to insurance and lack of followup. I was charged for a pap test and results were inconclusive, but I was charged anyway. Who wants to do that more than once? I was told I needed a glucose test for high blood sugar and I could go to either of two places. No procedures were given on how to go about it. It was somewhat confusing as I don't go to the Dr. any more than necessary and am unaware of testing procedures. The Dr. was courteous and the wait time was very brief, but the fact that she does not appear to have many patients is concerning. I did not feel like the annual exams were very thorough.
