You are better off going to see your dog's vet! This is the corrupt medical operation I've ever witnessed. They billed my ins co nearly $200 for a 90 second office visit to renew a prescription only. The lowest of low-rent ladies in the front office to boot. I understand Lake Dallas is just across the freeway, but darn can't you screen employees a little better! Guess the attitude of the front-office ladies merely reflects that of its providers. Can't wait till this place goes belly-up and is replaced by a Chuck E Cheese franchise.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
