They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. I wasn't too impressed with their office either, it looks old and dusty. They are polite for the most part and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It was hot in the office which makes me wonder how quickly germs are able to spread. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. The nurse practitioner and doctor acted appropriately which is less than I can say for some of the other staff, they didn't behave on the level of professionalism that I expected.
