I'm very happy with Dr. Studdard but the front office fails completely when asked for help. I spent 5 mos. getting a billing code corrected and then only because the Office Mgr. hand carried the corr ect info downstairs to the lab. In the meantime the St. Francis billing dept. was calling me weekly for payment I didn't owe. I am currently waiting for them to complete a form so I can pick up medical supplies. Dr. Studdard said he wasn't aware the request had been sent. I spoke with the supplier who tells me the request was sent on 2/4/14 and on 2/7/14 and again on 2/19/14...I NEED THE SUPPLIES!!
