The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

STAFF IS ALWAYS RUDE! Great DR. BUT NEEDS NEW STAFF! They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality.
