The staff is rude,doesn't know,what they should know....the doc very rude very unprofessional she loves to belittle you....she likes to through your folder at you if you don't mind her....and she gets very pissed if you mention a smell in the waiting room....she says the smell is not mildew in her new building .....over all unless you are desperate and have no opion of what she says,your good to go,,,she rules.....hummmm...this doc needs a physic evaluation and oh by the way you may get threw the visit but when she ask what pharmacy? Don't tell her the pharmacy across the street .she will refuse to call or give your Meds unless she likes the pharmacy!!! I will not advise anyone go here......beware

I was dismayed to find that they weren't willing or able to answer any of the questions I had. I didn't get any information and left feeling at a loss. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.
