I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The waiting room here is comfortable and sufficiently spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there but often have samples of medications. They are by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It is obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
