Took my child to visit this doctor.
Child was diagnosed with sinus infection.
Doctor devised a medicine prescription and claimed he
would "call it in" to the pharmacy instead of giving me
proper prescription paperwork.

When I arrived at the pharmacy, the pharmacist had
"no record" of any medicine being called-in for my child.


so I ask again, Incompetence?
