They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
