The parking situation at their office was ridiculous. I ended up having to pay for parking because there were no spots available near the office. They definitely were not willing or able to answer the majority of the questions I had. I needed a lot of information, but received barely any. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. The doctor is very mean, unpleasant, and rude. She did not answer any of my questions and refused to speak to me after i have been a patient of hers for over ten years. She does not value people and is only interested in money!! I came into her office and she did not come up with a clear diagnosis for my problem.
