They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
