Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They canceled my appointment and didn't even inform me.
