They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. the customer's always right. Well not at Vogel's office, according to them, the patient is always wrong. They treated me like I was worthless. Also, they have a fish tank in there with big fish. How do they feed these fish you ask?...They feed them baby fish! Last time I was in there a little girl was balling her eyes out because the fish were eating each other.
This office deserves ZERO stars.
