Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. Their office equipment seems fairly current. I was comfortable with it. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. When I called in about seriously high blood pressure problems on a Saturday while Dr Phillips was on-call, he was very rude and short with me and also acted like I was a bother. Don't bother him!

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
