They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is rather rude, I didn't feel welcome there. To get an emergency appointment is like pulling teeth and you better be prepared to wait days for an emergency appointment. Once, when I ended up in the ER, I tried to get a follow up with Dr Sefton, he replied that since the ER didnt find anything, he could not see me for another week. Needless to say, I'll take my business elsewhere. I felt like my needs were basicly met, but they didn't make any effort to keep me as a patient. And dont even try to ask for an office manager, you will experience not only rude answers but downright evil ones, and you will be told that it is policy not to give out the managers name, email or a phone number. Dr Sefton is a great guy...as a friend maybe.

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. What I liked was how friendly the doctor but the staff is rude and not very friendly. I dont like people like that around my kids.
