The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
