Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. Their office was quiet. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. Except they do not really spend enough time explaining their diagnosis. I left feeling that I had no clue what was wrong. The doctor (not Thompson) came in checked my nose and left and never returned. Not very satifised. I feel like I got misdiagnosed.
