The Doctor seems helpful. But the staff, OMG.. I arrived before my appointment time. I stood in front of the window to check in. A patient came out from seeing the doctors , the receptionist and that patient fetid by the entrance door to the examination room, and exchanged pictures and information about the their look alike vans and discussed the decorations abd everything else while I’m standing to check in. Then she checked me in and asked me to have a seat in the waiting room. I waited and waited, mind you they close at 12:00 for lunch. Time was creeping to that time, she forgot to tell the doctor I was there. Then I felt that the doctor cut the visit short because lunch time came. My second experience. I needed a referral for knee X-ray. My knee was swollen and hurting so bad. Of course I needed my insurance company to approve the services. They said they were going to sent for approval right away and will call me when approved. So I’m waiting and waiting as bd nothing. I called my insurance company they said they had not received any requests from my Dr. Office. So I called and pressed the option to the referral the woman was not too friendly but said she will call the office so they would call me soon as they hear from my insurance. Well it was almost four o’clock. So I called and they said o yes the approval came. I had to rush to the Tower Radiology. My X-ray was taken about 4:00 PM, the next day on Friday September 15th I received an email from Tower Radiology telling me to see my X-ray result in “Maychart App. Which I did but I still needed my doctor to call me and explained the result. So Monday the 18th I called the Dr office to see about the result she checked and said no they haven’t received any result. I knew it was a lie. So I waited till Tuesday the 26th and called again. She said yes they received it and they have to write a note to the doctor to call me. Finally exactly two weeks later on Thursday the 28th someone called and left a message to call back about the results of my knee X-ray. When I called back . The woman that answered the phone told me only few words about it. While the radiology report had a long description. Any way I said is that it ? She said yes that’s it.?a pause, then I had to ask her what to do . She said just rub it with arthritis cream. That was the end of my pataint with them. I switched providers .
