They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I went in with severe pai n in my back. I have been a patient there for years.They decided to send me in for x-rays to see what the problem is. Never did they ask me about my pain level, even though it was very apparent I was suffering. I finally asked if they could give me something for the pain, and was then informed that their office made a decision in January 2012 not to give any pain medication. I can certainly understand that precautions have to be taken when prescribing pain medication, but to completely abandon that practice seems unacceptable. I go to the doctor to get fixed and feel better. Why would they do this? Do they get better insurance rates by not offering pain medication? I will be changing physicians.
