I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. You also can get an appointment quickly and not months later. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is close to all kinds of shops and Tyrone Mall. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They do not sell other products or supplemnets to make extra money, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The doctor is a nice person and you are always seen by him because there are no physician assistants in his office. A great Family Doctor's office!
