Went to Dr. Jowers for Class III medical for pilot license. Needed to get letter from my physician for small chronic problems (high blood pressure). I was told I would get 14 days to bring letter to Dr. Jowers office, instead, the office worker lied to me. She said they waited over 14 days then sent my paper work, which was incomplete to FAA. However, she only waited less than 8 days. Now I need to wait until the FAA sends me the medical certificate.

I have no ill feelings for Dr. Jowers, he may be a great physician, but I would never return to his office since his staff seem to be less than honest.
