They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Dr McLendon has been our family doctor for several years and we have always been pleased with service we have received. He is compassionate yet honest.
