They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

It is my great pleasure to write to you this letter of recommendation for Dr. Carlos A. Soto, M.D. at Colonial Family Practice in Columbia, SC. When I first met Dr. Soto a few years ago I knew that he was going to be an outstanding physician as he has managed to continually exceed my expectations.

Dr. Soto, the nurses and staff show a tremendous amount of energy and perseverance in their work habits. Their positive energy is contagious and makes their workplace a productive and comfortable place to be. The waiting time is usually no longer than twenty minutes. Dr. Soto always smiles and his cheerfulness makes knowing him a wonderful pleasure.

As I think about Dr. Soto, the nurses and staff the following words come to mind: thoroughly dependable, honest, tactful, responsible, and very intelligent.

I recommend Dr. Soto highly and without any reservations.
