They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The office was easy enough to find. Dr. Fishman made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The one complaint that I have is that Dr. Fishman has NEVER been on time for an appointment. Because he spends as much time as needed with each patient, he always runs late for appointments. I like that he is thorough but I don't like the fact that he doesn't realistically schedule appointments. I have other appointments as well and this has caused problems for me having to choose between walking out of my doctor's appointment or missing other equally important appointments and meetings. He is a great doc but I cannot tolerate having my own time taken for granted and will consider finding another physician if this isn't solved.
