When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe.

One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
