I've been seeing Dr Satterfield for over 20 years. In the last decade at the Fairmont Ave office staff has been terrible. They are rude, they don't return phone calls, appointment are always over an hour wait. The PA's have been poor in responding to getting Rx refills.

Dr.Satterfeild would get a 5 but the rest of the staff and office would get a 1
