Office staff unhelpful, actually more of a gatekeeper to keep you from reaching the doctor. Have to explain symptoms multiple times, receptionist, nurse, then maybe if you're lucky you can speak to the doctor when he has time to call you back.
Doctor himself is very By the Book, doesn't really seem to be listening, just waiting for the category to place you in.
