It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. Everyone should be aware of the fact that this business is not in a very safe neighborhood. It was not what I was expecting and I was pretty scared to get out of my car.
