I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. She is one of the only doctors that will do a house visit.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
