A horrible office in the rough side of town, Urban Family Practice likes to appear to be on top of things but is one of the worst businesses I have encountered. Rather than the 15 minute wait they claim, it actually took three hours in the waiting room as patients get shuffled between one physician's assistant after another. I never met the actual doctor (Dr. Vazquez) and it was like being a really bad McDonald's franchise instead of healthcare. Afterwards, the office screwed up the billing for my insurance and though I've tried to call numerous times to resolve it, Urban Family Practice has not responded once.

They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
