I am ok with Dr. Diane, eventhough she has been unable to practice in a very long time due to illness. The clerical staff in Lafayette is extremely rude and unaccomodating. The wait time is exceptionally long. Once I had to wait almost 2 hours, I would have left if I thought I could make it to urgent care or the emergency room. The turnover in staff also raises a red flag. I would prefer for my primary physician to know me and my history. I don't like seeing different physicans assistants or nurse practioners (without a dr. on site!) everytime I go there.
