They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely have doubts about their qualifications. The office manager/Dr.'s wife is downright snooty and rude. I think they are doing the minimum amount possible to be able to bill you/your insurance and get you out the door. And when you try to get your records so you can provide them to a new doctor be prepared to wait months for them to reply with your request, if at all.
