They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. The provider's staff didn't very try hard to get me in. They seem to be overbooked. The staff was friendly enough, but I expected more of a warm welcome from a family practice. For a family doctor, they are rather cold and unfriendly. I would prefer it if they weren't so distant and impersonal. Their office equipment seems fairly current. I was comfortable with it.
They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely have doubts about their qualifications. The office manager/Dr.'s wife is downright snooty and rude. I think they are doing the minimum amount possible to be able to bill you/your insurance and get you out the door. And when you try to get your records so you can provide them to a new doctor be prepared to wait months for them to reply with your request, if at all.
They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday.
