They provided me with a very accurate prescription for my glasses and contacts. I hadn't even realized that my vision had changed, but now I see so much better. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
