They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
Their standard of patient comfortability is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment. I was impressed from the first moment I entered for my appointment and sat in their very comfortable waiting room chairs.
