I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They were really fantastic and performed a virtually pain-free eye examination. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
