They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They are always so friendly and welcoming to me during my appointments. They strive to make every patient feel valued and important. I would not go to anyone else. Matthew and his entire team are AMAZING

They were kind of knowledgeable about the different types of contacts available. I wasn't entirely convinced they knew what they were talking about however. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return.
