One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.
I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. I felt safe in the doctor's care, and her reports were thorough, although I didn't like that the physician, when my tests came back, was replaced by her assistant to guide me through important medical options. The one thing that I really didn't enjoy about this place was the low level of customer service from the front desk staff. Their patients' treatment is borderline rude (like ignoring you for several minutes as you're standing there to ask a question). Calling to make an appointment or to inquire about anything is frustrating, so say the least. The receptionist is dismissive, unfriendly and makes you feel you're bothering her.
