I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. However the personal assistant to Sandra Weber does not respond to the first nor third message left for information or refills- expect to call her nurse at least 4 times to get a response!
On the other hand, it was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. She does not need it since she is nationally known (see US News Report). Sandra handles patients with individual attention and great meticulous care, diagnosing my problems which previous doctors only had partially correct diagnosis for (thyroid nodules but she defined the Hashimotis immune disease; endocrine imbalance of several hormones).
