Dr. Cantero was very rude and unpleasant to work with. I went to her looking for a new provider and she was very rude and talked down to me. She treated me like my appointment and my questions were an inconvenience for her, and pretty much pushed me out the door 20 minutes into the appointment even though I was still looking for answers to my questions. I would never go back to her and I have warned friends about her unpleasantness.

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.
