I went for the treatment of a small skin lesion. She made two attempts to freeze it, but missed both times. After letting the scars heal, I phoned the office to inquire about a follow up treatment of the lesion. I was told that I would be charged again for additional treatment. I find it irresponsible to charge for treatment twice when it is clearly the doctor's fault that the treatment did not take the first time around.

I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I didn't consider their waiting area chairs very comfortable at all. In fact, my back started to hurt while I waited for the dermatologist to see me.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
