I am done with this office. I like Holmqvist ok but had to see Dahl the last two times. He forgot to call in the prescription after the visit so I made a trip to the pharmacy for nothing. Then the pharmacy called his office and never got a call back so I made a second trip to pharmacy for no reason. I called the office to see what was going on and was told he'd call me back, he never did. When the pharmacy finally got the prescription out of him the cost of acne cream was over $500! Ridiculous! Then my payment was not credited and when I called billing to clear it up no one was available to take my call. Something is seriously wrong at this office now. I am done and would recommend looking elsewhere if you are searching for a term. Oh and the wait is almost always outrageous...
