I had a Fraxel procedure by Dr. Zachary. He was very clear on expectations of results, pre and post care. The appointment took about 45 minutes, and it was as expected. The staff were very dotting, and made sure I was doing fine throughout. This is several months post, and I love the results. Dr. Zachary and staff are great.
